A reader from Virginia writes:
Consists of helping people who are totally incompetent of remembering their password they just set this morning, or forgot how to log in and do their job.
Upside: You remain thoroughly amused all day at the small minded nitwits giving you that feeling of preeminence about your job for the brief moment of time.
Downside: Some times you can get a 50 minute password reset for a user who works at home, who doesn’t speak English and who obviously doesn’t know how to work a computer (who though of this concept anyway?)
Where do you go from here: If you don’t go insane maybe you can retire with a nice 401K
