FORTUNE — The 174-year-old consumer products giant makes Tide laundry detergent, Gillette razors, and, yes, Pampers diapers. Its iconic brands can be found in nearly two-thirds of homes worldwide. While revenue was flat in 2010, Procter & Gamble (No. 26) has 23 products with sales of $1 billion each, and its $12.7 billion in earnings puts the company among the most profitable on the Coins2Day 500. –Jessica Shambora
