Bustly, a Los Angeles–based ad management platform for mobile application developers, has acquired TestFlight, a provider of beta distribution solutions for iOS developers. El Paso Corp. (NYSE: EP) has delayed the meeting in which shareholders will vote on the company’s proposed $21 billion takeover by Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMP). El Paso said the meeting will be held this Friday, instead of today, so that shareholders can have more time to consider a Delaware court ruling that criticized El Paso CEO Douglas Foshee and El Paso advisor Goldman Sachs.
