FORTUNE — Mark Chou has stepped down as program manager for the FinTech Innovation Lab, an accelerator program run by the Partnership Fund for New York City and Accenture (ACN) for startups focused on the financial services sector. He had joined over two years ago, after having been an associate with The Blackstone Group (BX).
In an email sent to friends and colleagues, Chou said that he will be joining Ralph Lauren as a manager of strategic development for the company’s digital and e-commerce business.
His successor at FinTech will be Ebony Livingston, who also will continue to manage The New York Digital Health Accelerator.
FinTech selects six companies each year to participate in a 12-week summer program, during which they receive mentoring, access to (and feedback from) relevant user groups at large financial firms, a Manhattan workspace and $25,000. The companies also present to bank executives and venture capitalists at a Demo Day.
