Criteo, a Paris-based display advertising company, has increased its IPO price range from $23-$26 per share to $27-$29 per share. It still plans to offer 7.2 million American depository shares, and would have an initial market cap of around $1.52 billion, were it to price in the middle of its range. The company plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol CRTO, with J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities and Jefferies serving as lead underwriters. It reports a $6.4 million net loss on nearly $253 million in revenue for the first six months of 2013.
