Juno Therapeutics, a Seattle-based developer of immunotherapies for cancer, has raised around $25 million in new VC funding from Bezos Expeditions and Venrock. This brings the round total to more than $145 million, including prior commitments from ARCH Venture Partners and the Alaska Permanent Fund, through a partnership managed by Crestline Investors. Private Equity Deals

Alstom SA (Paris: ALO) is expected to receive takeover bids for its heat exchanger unit this week, according to Reuters. The deal could be valued at around €600 million, with suitors reported to include Advent International, Bain Capital, PAI Partners, Rhone Capital, Pamplona and Triton Private Equity. IronGate Energy Services, a Houston-based portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired Green Light Energy Services, a provider of rental services to oil and gas exploration and production operators in the Williston Basin of North Dakota. Millennium Laboratories, a San Diego-based portfolio company of TA Associates, has acquired RxAnte, a McLean, Va.–based healthcare predictive analytics and decision support company. IPOs

Concert Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Lexington, Mass.-based developer of drugs for spasticity and diabetic kidney disease, has filed for a $74.75 million IPO. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol CNCE, with UBS and Wells Fargo serving as lead underwriters. The company reports a $141,000 net loss on around $24 million in revenue for the first nine months of 2013. Shareholders include Three Arch Partners (12.8% pre-IPO stake), TVM Capital (12.4%), GlaxoSmithKline (11.8%), Brookside Capital (10.2%), Skyline Ventures (9.4%), Fidelity Investments (6.6%), Greylock Partners (6.3%) and Flagship Ventures (5.9%). Www.concertpharma.com

Seibu Holdings Inc., a Japanese Japanese railway and hotel group, is planning to list its shares in Tokyo later this year, according to Reuters. Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) has rejected a $63.5 billion buyout offer from smaller rival Charter Communications (Nasdaq: CHTR), with Time Warner CEO Rob Marcus calling it a “non-starter.” Www.charter.com

Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) has agreed to acquire Nest Labs, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based maker of smart home devices like thermostats and smoke detectors, for $3.2 billion in cash. Nest had raised VC funding from such firms as Kleiner Perkins, Shasta Ventures, Google Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Venrock, Intertrust and  Generational Investment Management. Www.nest.com
