Cafe Coffee Day, an Indian coffee shop chain, has begun talking with bankers about a 2015 IPO in Mumbai, according to Bloomberg. The float could value Café Coffee Day at around $1 billion. Shareholders include KKR, Standard Chartered Private Equity and New Silk Route.Www.cafecoffeeday.com

Civitas Solutions Inc., a Boston-based provider of home and community-based health and human services for individuals with special needs, has filed for a $250 million IPO. Barclays is listed as left lead underwriter, while six other banks also are on the registration filing. The company reports an $18.3 million net loss on around $1.2 billion in revenue for 2013. Vestar Capital Partners is majority shareholder.

GS Capital Partners and Quadrangle Group are prepping an IPO for Norwegian cable television operator Get AS, according to Reuters. The float could value Get at around $2.5 billion, including debt, with Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank leading the offering. Www.get.no

Valeant Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: VRX) has increased its takeover bid for Botox maker Allergan(NYSE: AGN), saying that it would pay the equivalent of $166.16 per share in cash and stock, compared to its original $152.89 per share offer. Valeant also said that it has agreed to sell its rights for a group of skincare products — Restylane, Perlane, Emervel, Sculptra, and Dysport – to Nestle SA for $1.4 billion in cash. Read more.
