Diplomat Pharmacy Inc., a Flint, Mich.-based specialty pharmacy focused on customers with chronic diseases, has filed for a $100 million IPO. GlobeImmune, a Louisville, Colo.-based developer of therapeutic products for cancer and infectious diseases, raised $15 million in its IPO.
