Coins2Day Most Powerful Women 2014
Krista Kennell--Coins2Day Most Powerful Women

The 2014 Coins2Day Most Powerful Women Summit ended less than a day ago, but I’m still on a high. (Literally, too; I’m writing this from the plane heading back to NYC). It was my first year as co-chair of the event and I’m heading home feeling truly inspired—both by the gains that women have made in the business world and by their even more audacious goals for the future.

Our attendees included scores of CEOs of public companies, including GM’s (GM) Mary Barra and Hewlett-Packard’s (HP) Meg Whitman; public figures such as U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker, Gabby Giffords and Melinda Gates; celebrities like Billie jean King, Gwyneth Paltrow and Goldie Hawn, and amazing young entrepreneurs like Elizabeth Holmes of Theranos, who started her blood diagnostics company at 19 and is now just 30 years old.

For those of you that missed the MPW Summit, here is a list of some (only some—you can read coverage of the entire program here) of the highlights. Enjoy!
