The nation’s top employers know that premium benefit packages are a great way to compete for top talent. Everyone may be talking about Facebook (FB) and Apple’s (APPL) new egg-freezing perk, but there are plenty of other great offerings for parents at companies across the country. Here are seven of Coins2Day‘s favorites:

Change.org: 18 weeks on paid parental leave for all parents

The petition website announced earlier this week that it will offer 18 weeks of fully-paid parental leave to every employee who becomes a new parent — biological or not.

Campbell Soup: On-site after school programs and kindergarten classes

On top of this great benefit for parents of young children, the Camden, NJ-based soup company also offers summer programs for children and has a lactation room on its campus for nursing mothers

Johnson & Johnson: Private concierge service

SC Johnson

When SC Johnson recently announced its business objectives to employees, the company issued a 50-page summary to each person to keep and refer to when needed. These books were available in 15 languages and were personalized with the employee's name. While this decision came with the risk that employees might share a copy externally, company leadership decided that the benefit of having every SC Johnson employee in the know about its long-term goals outweighed any risk of external distribution.

Need help picking up your laundry or getting your grocery shopping done? Johnson & Johnson offers a concierge services to help busy parents – as well as other employees – spend more time doing things they enjoy.

SAS: “Work-life” center for all employees

The business analytics software and services company headquartered in Carey, NC, boosts an on-site “work-life” center featuring programs on everything from parenting to stress management. The employer also has an on-site healthcare center for its 13,679 employees.

Google: $500 for takeout meals, movie rental and diapers for new parents

The tech giant knows that works hours can be demanding for many employees, so it offers several benefits to parents who may need help with child care. Among them: a stipend for takeout meals during the first three months parents are home with a new baby, one-on-one consultations to help parents in their child care search, discounts for nanny placement services and priority access at Bright Horizons child care centers across the country.

NetApp: $20,000 in financial aid to help employees adopt a child

NetApp's Human Logo

The data storage and management company offers the most financial assistance to adoptive parents out of Coins2Day's list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For, in partnership with Great Place to Work. The company also offers the highest number of days off for maternity leave of any firm surveyed by Great Place to Work.

Facebook: $4,000 in “baby cash”

"Chalk Wall" found in the Facebook offices

On top of the social media giant’s generous four months of parental leave for all new parents, Facebook also hands over a wad of cash to new mommies and daddies to help off-set initial baby costs.
