Its been a tough fall for Ford Motor Company (F), and the auto manufacturer is making some changes at the top.

Jim Farley, currently the company’s executive vice president of global marketing, will be taking over as the head of Ford’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Current EMEA head Stephen Odell will take Farley’s old job.

When the company reported earnings last month, falling sales in Europe were seen as a major reason for declining revenues. Ford had net losses of $439 million in the automotive business in Europe last quarter.

Rumors of this change had been swirling in recent days, and it was officially announced by Ford this morning.

The company announced two other changes: Marcy Klevorn will take over for retiring chief information officer Nick Smither, while Kim Pittel will replace Robert Brown as vice president for sustainability, environment and safety engineering. Brown is also retiring.
