Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s potential neighbor apparently doesn’t “like” the way the billionaire handles his private real estate transactions.

A dispute, detailed by the New York Times, has led to a lawsuit alleging that Zuckerberg tried to get a sweetheart deal on land adjacent to his property in Palo Alto, Calif., in exchange for him introducing a real estate developer to his powerful Silicon Valley friends. The lawsuit claims those introductions were never made, and now the dispute has turned ugly, with the developer trying to force Zuckerberg to reveal details about his net worth.

Lawyers for the developer claim that Zuckerberg’s own real estate broker called him “just a kid,” and Zuckerberg’s lawyers dismiss the lawsuit as an overly aggressive effort to “embarrass Mr. Zuckerberg and pressure those around him at every turn.”
