Chipotle’s two co-CEOs took home a combined $57 million in compensation in 2014, according to a recent SEC filing.
Co-CEO and chairman Steve Ells made $28.9 million, while his fellow chief executive Monty Morgan made $28.1 million. Ells’ compensation is up 15% from 2013, while Moran’s earnings increased 13.1%.
Ells got another $41.6 million after exercising stock options in the company, USA Todayreports.
Both Chipotle executives each made more than the $23 million Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein took home in 2013, according to Business Insider.
Last year was good for the Chipotle restaurant chain, which saw revenue up 27.8%, to $4.11 billion and a stock price increase of about 29%. Despite that success, USA Today notes some Chipotle shareholders are making proposals that could cut back on executive compensation.
