American Apparel is in trouble again for an ad accused of sexualizing children, this time in the United Kingdom.

The U.K.’s Advertising Standards Authority has banned an American Apparel advertisement for a bodysuit, saying the model in the ad appears to be under 16 years old, according to the Independent. The models’ buttocks are also visible in the ad.

American Apparel has defended itself by saying that the model in question is actually 20. The company added that the ad shows its bodysuit from all angles, as clothing ads tend to do.

American Apparel’s advertisements have been criticized for years due to their sexual nature. Last year, American Apparel CEO Dov Charney, who appeared in ads for the company, was ousted by the company’s board over sexual harassment allegations.
