Under tough questioning from a Senate subcommittee, U.S. Office of Personnel Management director Katherine Archuleta said that she has not yet determined how many Americans may have been affected by a second data breach of her office. • State of employment. A report from the nonprofit Institute for Women’s Policy Research finds that the District of Columbia, where the median pay for a woman with a full-time job is $60,000, is the best "state" for women's earnings and employment.
