Top GOP contender for President Donald Trump is adding another social media service to his repertoire: Periscope.
Trump, already a prolific user of Twitter (TWTR), said Wednesday that he will host weekly interviews on the streaming live video platform in the future and added he’d make use of Facebook (FB) for interviews, too.
“Join me at 2:00pm EST today—live from Trump Tower —via Facebook & Periscope!” He tweeted to his followers.
In his first broadcast, he began, “Hello folks, it’s Donald Trump,” and kicked off a 10-minute video, according to Re/Code. “We’ll be talking about the world,” he said.

However, there were technical difficulties with his broadcast on Facebook as a result of “too many people calling in, more than they ever expected,” he said.

One question Trump answered from fans, after discussing such topics as his book, his polling figures, and Hillary Clinton, was about his potential his pick for Vice President.
“We have some pretty good ones, but I can’t say who they are,” he explained.
