You may already have debate fatigue: Prepare yourself for campaign-ad overdose. Political advertising across platforms and races will exceed that of 2012, the last presidential-election year, by more than 20%, according to research firm Borrell Associates. The continuing rise of Super PAC money is one factor, but so is the expanding pool of places to advertise, as more candidate dip their toes in the digital-ad pool.
