Dell is close to finalizing a $4 billion sale of its Perot Systems business unit.

France-based IT services company Atos is the leading contender for Perot Systems, according to a report on Monday by technology publication Re/code that cites unnamed sources. The report said that Atos offered to buy Perot Systems for $4.2 billion to $4.3 billion.

The deal would help Dell pay down some of the $45 billion in debt the computing giant took on for its blockbuster $67 billion purchase of technology titan EMC (EMC). The EMC acquisition is expected to close by October 2016.

Dell purchased Perot Systems in 2009 for $3.9 billion, and wanted to sell the business unit for $5 billion, the Re/code report said. Several companies are vying for Perot Systems, including India-based Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and NTT Data, according to Reuters report on Monday.

In December, after months of speculation, Dell’s cybersecurity business unit SecureWorks said in a regulatory filing it planned to go public sometime in 2016.
