As Apple inches toward the completion of its new campus in Cupertino, Calif, the tech giant isn’t skimping on any costs to wow its visitors.

Apple is reportedly planning to spend roughly $80 million on the new campus’s visitor center, according to a a recent permit filing spotted by BuildZoom and first reported by AppleInsider. The two-story glass-walled building will include a 2,400-square-foot cafe and a 10,000-square-foot store.

The spaceship campus is slated to open at the end of the year, and the visitor center will include observation decks for a view of the campus’s main building.

The work is being contracted to BNBuilders, according to a building permit obtained by BuildZoom. The $80 million figure reportedly doesn’t take into account an 684-stall underground parking structure, which could cost as much as $26 million, according to estimates. In total, Apple is spending more than $106 million on the project.

News of the planned visitor center surfaced last July, when the Silicon Valley Business Journal unearthed plans for it. Then, a few months later in October, it reported that Apple has signed a deal for a second spaceship building in neighboring Sunnyvale, Calif., which isn’t too surprising given the company’s ongoing land grab and expansion in the area.

Apple’s new campus is slated to open by the end of 2016.
