• A Super Tuesday. Hillary Clinton widened her lead against Bernie Sanders on Super Tuesday, winning major victories in seven out of 11 Democratic primaries and caucuses, including Texas and Massachusetts. Her wins are credited to her popularity with minority voters and her kinship with Southern Democrats from the two decades she spent in Arkansas.

• Making Oscar history. Lady Gaga’s heart-wrenching performance at the Academy Awards—during which she was joined on stage by 50 sexual assault survivors—is bound to become an iconic Oscar moment. • Abe, you have a problem. Nearly a third of working women in Japan say they've suffered sexual harassment at work, according to a government study released Tuesday. About a quarter of the women said the harassment was done by their immediate supervisor. WSJ
• Transparency truths. The prevailing thinking about pay is that keeping it secret helps "keep the peace." However, data suggests that just the opposite is true: The more information we have about why we earn what we do—especially in relation to our coworkers—the happier we are. Fast Company
