The search for an actor to play the younger version of Star Wars’ iconic Han Solo in a forthcoming movie is now down to three candidates.

Taron Egerton, Alden Ehrenreich, and Jack Reynor reportedly did screen tests in London last weekend, and are strong contenders to play the smuggler made famous by Harrison Ford, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The winning actor will star in a Star Wars spinoff that works as an origin story for Solo. The film, which is being produced by Disney (DIS) and Lucasfilm, and directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller of The Lego Movie fame, is scheduled for 2018.

Egerton is best-known for his starring role in Kingsman: The Secret Service, while Ehrenreich was a scene-stealer in the Coen Brothers’ recent film Hail, Caesar! Reynor was the young star of Transformers: Age of Extinction.

The Han Solo film is a part of the Star Wars Anthology Series, a batch of spinoffs that complement the existing Star Wars franchise. Disney hopes these movies can follow in the successful footsteps of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which has grossed over $2 billion in the worldwide box office and has set 41 records since its release late last year.

The sequel to The Force Awakens—Star Wars: Episode VIII—has already started filming for a December 2017 release.
