Talulah Riley, a British actress who appeared in films such as Inception, Thor: The Dark World, and Pride and Prejudice, has filed to divorce her husband Elon Musk.

Riley submitted paperwork to the Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, the Associated Pressreports. Her filing marks the second time the couple has attempted to split.

The pair first divorced in 2012, two years after getting originally getting married. They wed each other again in 2013.

“The divorce is amicable and the pair agreed that Riley would file the petition to end their latest marriage after roughly 2 ½ years,” AP reports. Having reviewed the statement, the newswire adds that the two had been living separately for half a year and that they “plan to remain friends.”

Musk, the billionaire co-founder of PayPal (PYPL), Tesla (TSLA), and SpaceX, had earlier filed to divorce Riley on New Year’s Eve in 2014. He rescinded the request seven months later.

During their first divorce in Jan. 2012, Musk tweeted at Riley that “It was an amazing four years. I will love you forever. You will make someone very happy one day,” reportsPeople, sister publication to Coins2Day. Before canceling the process, Musk agreed to give her $16 million in cash and other assets at that time, per the terms of a prenuptial agreement.

Musk and Riley have no children together, though Musk has five sons from an earlier marriage with Canadian author Justine Musk (née Wilson).
