According to court documents filed by Prince’s sister Tyka Nelson in probate court, the late icon had no known will. As reported by the Associated Press, Nelson filed paperwork Tuesday, requesting that Minneapolis appoint “a special administrator” to oversee her brother’s estate. The musical artist died April 21 at 57 years old and a cause of death has yet to be revealed.

The exact value of Prince’s estate is somewhat in dispute, as the AP reports, but it contains at least $27 million in property. There’s also the fact that, after decades of legal battles with Warner Bros., Prince died owning his entire catalog of recordings.

The L.A. Times recently reported that, given future licensing and rumors of unreleased material at Paisley Park, Prince’s estate could be worth more than $300 million, with the potential to soar even higher in coming years.

Though little is known about how he died, the Carver County Sheriffs Office informed press that an autopsy had been performed on Friday, the day after his death. “Gathering the results will take several days and the results of a full toxicology scan could likely take weeks,” the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office said in a statement.
