American supermarket chain Publix Super Markets Inc. Is recalling two items in connection to a nationwide Listeria concern.

The two items are Wheatberry Salad and Publix Sweet and Salty Almond Bars. According to a company press release, the affected foods have been taken off of shelves. Publix (PUSH) issued the voluntary recall on May 5 to inform customers who may have already purchased the items that they can return them to the store for a full refund.

The Wheatberry Salad was sold in plastic containers at Publix Delis in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. No illnesses have been reported in connection to either the salad or Almond Bars.

Both recalls are part of a broader, nationwide Listeria concern connected to sunflower seeds. In addition to the two Publix recalls, there have been about 100 packaged snacks affected as well. Coins2Day reported that most of them were made by TreeHouse Foods Inc., which is the same company that made the Almond Bars.

Publix could not immediately be reached for comment.
