Lady Gaga may return to the Super Bowl in February. The “Perfect Illusion” singer is in talks to perform during the game’s halftime show, according to a report from Billboard.

But an NFL rep told EW, “We have had conversations with several fantastic artists about the Pepsi (PEP) Super Bowl Halftime Show. However, at this point we do not have a final decision. We’re happy there is so much excitement about the show.”

Last year, Gaga took the stage at the iconic event to sing the National Anthem in a sparkly red jumpsuit, preceding a halftime performance from Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Beyoncé. She nailed it.

The news comes a month after Adele said she turned down an offer to play on the legendary stage. The NFL then said in a statement, “We have not at this point extended a formal offer to Adele or anyone else.”

Gaga recently dropped “Perfect Illusion,” the first single from a forthcoming album due out sometime this fall. Produced by Mark Ronson and Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker, the track previews what’s to come on Gaga’s next collection, her first solo album since 2013’s Artpop. The new LP will also feature collaborations with Florence Welch, Beck, and Father John Misty.

A representative for Lady Gaga was not immediately available for comment.
