Uber is launching a new initiative to get its users to vote.

In honor of National Voter Registration Day, the ride-sharing app is sending out an email campaign and social media blast on Tuesday aimed at making voter registration information available to riders and drivers.

“This election is turning out to be a real barnburner and we know that many Uber riders and drivers want to participate,” said Niki Christoff, Uber’s head of federal affairs.

Uber is partnering with Google to provide riders and drivers access to the search giant’s “how to vote” tool that points users to a state-by-state voter guide, including deadlines and instructions for getting registered.
