Target has recalled 127,000 Halloween-themed LED gel window “clings” because of the choking hazard they pose to children.
According to a notice posted by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recall was issued because the clings can come apart and expose the inner decal and LED/button battery compartment. If a child were to find the button and try to swallow it, there’s a chance they could choke.

The recall covers six clings which light up with a blinking light when you push on them.
The clings were sold nationally from Aug. 2016 to Sept. 2016 for $1, according to the CPSC. The clings being recalled include: a green skeleton, pink skeleton, purple spider, black cat, orange pumpkin, and a black bat. Customers who believe they purchased one of the recalled clings should look for the model number 234-25-0904 which is printed on the gel cling’s packaging.
Luckily, Target (TGT) has not received any reports of injuries or choking incidents.
Customers who purchased the clings can return them to Target for a full refund, according to the CPSC.
