Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton Holds Pittsburgh Campaign Rally

Women’s suffrage has only been guaranteed in the U.S. Since 1920, and this election day, plenty of women who were born around that year are getting out the vote.

Social media users posted photos of their voting grannies on Tuesday, sharing stories about nonagenarians and centenarians casting their ballots—many of them for the first female nominee of a major party. “Our 98 year old Nana just voted for the 1st woman Prez,” wrote one person. “Women couldn’t vote when she was born. Go nana.” “My 90 year old grandmother has finally voted for a woman for President,” wrote another.

Here are some of the grannies warming the Internet’s heart this election day:

You say that voting doesn't matter. Try to tell "Grandma Edna" She knows the struggle. #Vote2016pic.twitter.com/2jnsmmFJYg

My great grandma was born in 1920, the year women gained the right to vote. Today at 95 she voted for our next president! So cute pic.twitter.com/xwV3q9ucuw
