Toyota (TM) is recalling almost 850,000 Sienna minivans in a bid to stamp out a faulty latch system, which can cause the door to slide open while the car is moving.

If the Sienna’s sliding doors are “impeded” while opening automatically, CNNMoney reports, it can cause a circuit to overload, which opens a fuse in the car that prevents its latch from fastening correctly.

A spokesperson for Toyotatold Reuters on Tuesday that the recall would affect about 744,000 vehicles in the U.S. And nearly 4,000 in South Korea and Taiwan.

“Toyota would like to refrain from commenting whether there were any injuries or crashes as a result of the safety flaw,” the spokesperson said.

Sienna minivans in the model year 2011 to 2016 have been affected by the problem. Toyat said it would notify owners mid-January.

This is not the first time Toyota has been hit with safety concerns.

Earlier this year the Japanese automaker recalled some 5.8 million cars worldwide over faulty air bag inflators made by Takata (TKTDY). The defective air bag inflators, which used a chemical compound that could explode with excessive force after exposure to hot conditions, were linked to at least 16 deaths globally.
