This routine not only keeps the body healthy, but also makes you feel good about yourself. Inserting such a habit into your everyday life will make you more alert and disciplined. According to John Ratey’s statement, a psychiatrist at the Harvard Medical School, “even 10 minutes of activity changes your brain”.
Having no time to exercise is the worst excuse you can give. If you are overwhelmed with work, you can still find time to take a walk. The former CIO of Google (GOOGL) and current CEO of ZestFinance, Douglas Merril has stated, “I work at a treadmill desk all day, and end up walking about eight miles each day”.
3. Spend Some Quality Time with Your Family
Opposite of what is commonly believed, money making people do not spend all day working on their agenda. These people always find the time for their family. After all, the main goal of starting a business and hoping it will become successful is to support the family. “I make it a priority to spend two hours a day focusing only on my children.
