Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has purchased the largest home in Washington, D.C. So large, in fact, that it used to be a museum.

Bezos bought the former Textile Museum, a 27,000 square-foot property in the Kalorama neighborhood, for $23 million in cash in October, the Washington Post reports. (Bezos owns the Post.) It’s the same neighborhood where the Obamas will move after they leave the White House and where Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are reported to be moving when they arrive in the city.

The property spans two historic mansions, which together housed the Textile Museum for almost 90 years until 2013. But the sprawling estate likely won’t be Bezos’s primary home: he has said that he doesn’t have plans to permanently relocate from Washington State, where he currently lives with his family.
