• Schooling 'em. As the latest wave of sexual harassment charges rocks Silicon Valley, Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business prepares to launch its first-ever course devoted to helping would-be entrepreneurs create more diverse and inclusive companies. The class, which begins this spring and will be led by VC Fern Mandelbaum, will examine research on subjects like "how to prevent bias from creeping into job descriptions and managers’ feedback—and how to promote stronger feelings of belonging."
