Apple recently took a turn on stage to unveil the iPhone 11, Amazon showcased new Alexa devices soon after, and now, the tech world’s attention is on Google and its Made by Google event on Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Google sent a cryptic invitation last month, promising that attendees would “see a few new things Made by Google.” The tech giant didn’t share more details, but news reports have shed some light on what may be announced.

Read on for more about when the Made by Google event will be held, how to watch it, and most importantly, what will likely be unveiled.

When does the Pixel 4 event start?

At 10 a.m. ET on October 15.

How can you watch the Pixel 4 event live?

Although the event isn’t open to the public, Google plans a livestream through YouTube. If you’re interested in watching the event, return to this page at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday and watch it here:

Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL incoming

The main attraction will be new high-end smartphones, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, according to reports.

News articles have suggested Google plans two Pixel models to replace last year’s Pixel 3 lineup. Both models will including Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 processor, according to the reports, but they’ll have different screen sizes. Pixel 4 will have a 5.7-inch screen while Pixel 4 XL’s will be 6.3-inches.

Oddly enough, Google already has revealed some of the Pixel 4’s design, including a new orange color and a square camera bump on the back. The company did it in the most conspicuous way possible—on a billboard in New York’s Times Square.

A Pixelbook refresh

Over the past few weeks, reports have said that Google plans to premiere a new notebook, the Pixelbook Go, at the upcoming event. It will have a 13.3-inch screen and run on Intel Core m3, i5, or i7 processors, according to Google-tracking site 9to5Google.

Google Nest Mini

Google hasn’t debuted a follow-up to its Google Home Mini smart speaker since 2017. But another recent report from 9to5Google said that a successor is coming.

According to that report, which cited unidentified sources, the new device will be called Google Nest Mini and be similarly sized to its predecessor. However, the new model will offer better sound and can be mounted on a wall, to give owners another option for installing it.

Like the Google Home Mini, the Google Nest Mini can summon Google Assistant, the company’s virtual personal assistant, and Amazon’s Alexa.

Google Nest Wi-Fi

Google introduced a Wi-Fi router in 2016 that included multiple units so that users could sprinkle their access points around their homes to maximize coverage. Now the router is said to be getting an update.

Google will unveil the new Google Nest Wi-Fi, which will likely offer better performance than it predecessor, according to several reports, We don’t know much about Google Nest Wi-Fi now, but look for it to be available in multiple colors and use Google Assistant to help users use their voices to control smart home devices.

Pixel Buds successors?

Google senior vice president Hiroshi Lockheimer may have revealed on Twitter that Google would unveil an updated pair of Pixel Buds at Tuesday’s event.

Earlier this year, he tweeted a list of features that would make for the “perfect pair of truly wireless buds.” Some of the features listed, including a 10-hour battery life, aren’t available in first-generation Pixel Buds.

That was enough for some industry watchers to predict that new Pixel Buds would premiere this year. Tech news site ChromeUnboxed and others have since interviewed sources who said a new pair of Google-branded earbuds are indeed in the works.
