In today’s world, Gelbart believes that helping your organization execute on its priorities is paramount. “You can be inspirational, you can be visionary, you can have a lot of qualities as a leader, but if you’re not executing…, nothing else matters.”

Gelbart explains that Indiggo’s A.I.-driven software helps leaders identify their top three priorities, and then seamlessly integrates those priorities into their day, sending nudges at just the right time. Outside of individual leaders, the product provides transparency and alignment that is crucial to the functioning of large companies.
In fact, that is how Gelbart knows that Indiggo is providing its clients with real success. “Having a critical mass of your managers walking around knowing what the priorities are is already a significant transformation,” she says, emphasizing the importance of action-oriented leadership.
