The continued spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus is forcing pretty much every retailer around the country to alter their hours in some form or fashion. Whether because of curfew, the need to do deep cleanings or longer restocking periods, it can be challenging to know whether your local grocery store, Walmart or Target is open at times you’re used to shopping there (or if it’s open at all).
Some companies, like Apple and Sephora, have shut down all locations indefinitely. Others are reducing hours. And some, like many gas stations and pharmacies, haven’t adjusted hours at all. (Many are also offering specific shopping hours just for seniors and people who are at high-risk for infection from coronavirus).
Here’s a look at which stores have shut down and those that have reduced hours during the ongoing pandemic.
Grocery stores that are open with shortened hours due to coronavirus
Aldi: 9 a.m. To 7 p.m.
Albertson’s: Stores are opening an hour later and closing one hour earlier than normal.
Bi-Lo: Stores close at 9 p.m. Nightly
Harris Teeter: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
City Market: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Copps: Closing at 10:00 pm daily
Fry’s Food Stores: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Food 4 Less: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Foods Co: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Food Town: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Fred Meyer: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Jay-C Food Stores: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
King Soopers– 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

- Ashland, KY: 7 am – 10 pm
