Employees left out of the business school experience often don’t stand a chance of moving into the C-suite in years to come. That education chasm is one of the reasons Stephen Bailey cofounded ExecOnline, a corporate training company that partners with top business schools to offer leadership development programs on demand. Partner schools include Berkeley, Stanford, the University of Chicago, and Columbia.
“We allow companies to make those leadership development programs available to all,” Bailey says, “as a way to drive both much more robust leadership pipelines and more equitable outcomes.”
That, he adds, is baked into ExecOnline’s mission to connect more people with their true potential.
