Affluent living is getting a lot more expensive.

A new list of the most expensive zip codes in the country from real estate data company Property Shark finds that every one of the top 10 areas has a median sales price of $4 million or higher, the first time it has surpassed that milestone.

The study looks at completed home sales, rather than asking prices. And Atherton, Calif., once again takes the title as the country’s most expensive zip code, with an average sale price of nearly $7.5 million, a 7% increase year over year. This is the fifth year in a row that 94207 (whose residents include Steph Curry and WhatsApp founder Jan Koum) has topped the list.

California, not surprisingly, takes many of the spots for the country’s top 10 most expensive zip codes, but Boston comes in second, and parts of Long Island (N.Y.), Seattle, and Miami also make the list. This is the first year that no zip codes in New York City made the top 20, reflecting just how dramatically prices have soared in California and other areas.

All totaled, 30 zip codes had median home sales prices of $3 million or higher this year. That’s twice the number of last year.

Among the top 127 zip codes (there were multiple ties this year), 92 registered price gains, according to Property Shark. And 23 saw the media price increase by over 25%. Just 12 zip codes saw prices decrease. Of those, NYC’s Upper West Side took the biggest hit, falling 39%.

Maryland’s Gibson Island (number 23 on the list) saw the biggest gains, with median prices soaring 97% in the past year. Nevada’s Crystal Bay jumped 68%, and Miami Beach saw prices spike 66%.

While prices largely increased nationwide last year, the 100 top zip codes were restricted to a handful of states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, and Washington.
