Dennis Hof became a celebrity as the owner of a string of Nevada brothels, even having his own HBO series at one point. Now, four years after his death, one of the seven brothels he oversaw is up for sale.

The Love Ranch Cathouse in Pahrump, Nev., has hit the market with an asking price of $1.2 million. The property is being listed as-is, and the seller is requiring it to be a cash-only deal.

For that price, you’ll get a 10,500-square-foot building, with 15 master suites that include a bed and other furnishings, as well as TVs. There’s also a 2,500-square-foot food bar and commercial kitchen area. The buyer will take ownership as well of two mobile homes on the property, a limousine, an advertising truck, and a backhoe.

The sale includes multiple lots around Pahrump, covering a total of 106 acres, including 11 lots in nearby Crystal, Nev., which are zoned for mobile homes.

Pahrump is an unincorporated town in the southern tip of Nevada, a little more than an hour west of Las Vegas. While the brothel there isn’t as well known as Hof’s Bunny Ranch, it was part of his notable sex-work empire.

Hof himself was a character even the most creative storyteller couldn‘t have dreamed up. A friend of Tucker Carlson’s, who said he only dated sex workers, he turned to politics toward the end of his life. Customers (each of his brothels welcomed between 50 and 100 clients per day) helped fund his campaign—and he was the Republican candidate for a Nevada Assembly seat when he passed away, eventually winning the election posthumously.
