- Fiserv (No. 215) appointed Michael P. Lyons as CEO-elect, effective Jan. 27, 2025. Lyons will succeed current CEO FrankBisignano when Bisignano steps down on June 30, 2025, or earlier if Bisignano is confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration. Lyons previously served as president of PNC Financial Services Group (No. 139).

- State Street (No. 225) appointed Mark R. Keating as interim CFO, effective when current CFO Eric Aboafexits the role to become Executive Vice President and CFO of S&P Global next month. Keating currently serves as EVP and CFO for Investment Services at Stone Street.
- Securian Financial Group (No. 462) announced that Warren Zaccaro is retiring as CFO on July 1, 2025. PeterBerlute, who currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance, will replace Zaccaro.
