- Baxter International (No. 270) announced that José Almeida retired as CEO, President, and Chair, effective immediately. Brent Shafer, Lead Independent Director at Baxter, has been appointed interim CEO as the company searches for a permanent successor.
Household products
- Estée Lauder (No. 259) appointed Michael Bowes to Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, effective April 1. Bowes currently leads global talent acquisition at Estée Lauder and will replace current Executive Vice President and CHRO Michael O’Hare.
Motor vehicles and parts
- Ford Motor Company (No. 17) appointed Sherry House as CFO, effective Feb. 6. House previously served as Vice President of Finance at Ford and succeeded former CFO John Lawler.
Technology
- Salesforce (No. 123)announced that Robin Washington will assume the newly created role of President and Chief Financial and Operating Officer, effective March 21. Washington is currently a member of Salesforce’s board of directors and succeeds current CFO Amy Weaver and COO Brian Millham.
