Energy

  • NextEra Energy (No. 152)announced that EVP and CFO Brian Bolster is leaving the company and will succeed Rebecca Kujawa as President and CEO of NextEra Energy Resources, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, effective May 22. Mike Dunne, treasurer of NextEra Energy, will become the company’s next CFO. Kujawa is retiring.
  • American Electric Power (No. 217) announced that EVP, CIO, and CTO Therace M. Risch is resigning from the company, effective April 1. A successor has yet to be announced.
  • NOV (No. 444) promoted JoseBayardo, senior vice president and CFO, to the new role of President and COO, effective immediately. RodneyReed, the President of NOV Process Flow Technologies, has replaced Bayardo as CFO.

Technology

  • Microsoft (No. 13) appointed AmyColeman to Chief People Officer, effective immediately, replacing Kathleen Hogan. Coleman previously served as the company’s Corporate Vice President for Human Resources and Corporate Functions. Hogan will continue to serve as an EVP at Microsoft and will join the new Office of Strategy and Transformation.
