  • PG&E (No. 176) appointed Alejandro “Alex”Vallejo as EVP, Chief People Officer, effective Sept. 30. Vallejo currently serves as Chief Risk Officer and SVP, Ethics and Compliance. He succeeds KaledAwada, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

Food, beverages, and tobacco

  • Molson Coors Beverages (No. 366) appointed RahulGoyal as CEO, effective Oct. 1. Goyal, who has been with the company for 24 years, currently serves as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer. He will succeed GavinHattersley, who is retiring. 

Hotels, restaurants, and leisure 

  • MGM Resorts International (No. 240) appointed AyeshaMolino as COO, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Molino currently serves as President and COO of the company’s Aria and Vdara brands as well as its Chief Public Affairs Officer. She will succeed current COO CoreySanders, who is retiring after more than 30 years with the company.

Technology

  • Oracle (No. 87) promoted ClayMagouyrk and MikeSicilia to co-CEOs, effective Sept. 22. Magouyrk previously served as President of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Sicilia previously served as President of Oracle Industries. They succeeded SafraCatz, who transitioned to Executive Vice Chair of the company’s board of directors.   • KBR (No. 480) appointed Shad E. Evans as CFO, effective Jan. 5, 2026. Evans previously served as Senior Vice President of Financial Operations at the company and succeeds Mark W. Sopp, who is transitioning to a new role leading the company’s spin-off of its Mission Technology Solutions department.
