Did you know that Coins2Day’s Term Sheet newsletter has a podcast? Term Sheet, by my colleague Allie Garfinkle, covers everything you need to know in the world of dealmaking. If you haven’t checked out the new podcast, this recent episode is a great place to start.

Allie sits down with Toyin Ajayi, the cofounder and CEO of Cityblock Health. Cityblock is at the center of some of the most complex business and political challenges in the U.S. Right now; the health care company serves Medicaid and low-income Medicare beneficiaries, especially in urban communities—which are expected to be the hardest hit by cuts to Medicaid. Plus Cityblock is one of very few unicorn startups founded and led by a Black woman.

“Health care is not working for anyone in the system,” Ajayi says. Patients, doctors, payers—no one is happy.

You can listen to their conversation to learn more about why—and how to fix it—on platforms like Spotify. Or watch via YouTube below!

Larry Summers is "deeply ashamed" of his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.  The Harvard professor, former president of the university, and former Treasury secretary had emailed the late convicted sex offender and his "wing man" for advice on pursuing a romantic relationship with a woman he called a mentee. One of her roles is to "minimize the risk" that OpenAI tries to do too many things at once as it expands. Wired
