On Oct. 1, 2025, Kawal Preet became the newest member of FedEx’s executive committee, becoming the logistics company’s executive vice president for planning, engineering and transformation. Preet will now be responsible for FedEx’s DRIVE initiative, a plan to improve the company’s profitability. Preet was previously FedEx’s Asia-Pacific regional president, guiding nearly 30,000 team members through the pandemic and volatile markets from Hong Kong and Singapore. She joined FedEx as an engineer in 1997.
