Founded in 1989, Megaworld is the Philippines's largest office developer. Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, the developer's president, has been at the firm for almost as long as Megaworld's founder, Andrew Tan. Gutierrez-Alfonso joined Megaworld in 1990, six months after it was founded. Megaworld reported $1.4 billion in revenue in 2024, a 17% jump thanks to its real estate and hospitality businesses.
