Mansi Tripathy climbed up the ranks of Shell before being named senior vice president for its APAC lubricants business in 2019; she also leads Shell’s business in India. She now manages 1,500 partners across the division. She’s also bolstered the number of women in leadership roles, and advises the Shell Women’s network of more than 7,000 members. Previously, Tripathy worked as a director for Proctor and Gamble’s global shave business.
