Oneok

Oneok is a leading U.S. midstream energy company that provides gathering, processing, fractionation, transportation, storage, and marine export services for natural gas, natural gas liquids, refined products, and crude oil. The company operates through four main segments: natural gas gathering and processing, natural gas liquids (such as ethane, propane, and butane), natural gas pipelines, and refined products and crude, serving a broad range of energy producers and end users. Founded in 1906 as the Oklahoma Natural Gas Co., Oneok has evolved from a regional utility to a diversified energy infrastructure leader, notably expanding its portfolio through major acquisitions, such as Magellan Midstream in 2023, which added significant crude oil and refined products assets, and, more recently, EnLink Midstream. Oneok has a pipeline network spanning approximately 60,000 miles.
